A former Director of Human Resources at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel in Barbados, Audra is currently the Director/Principal Consultant of Business Ingeniares (BI) Ltd., a consultancy firm providing services in the field of process design and facilitation for effective group interaction, training, visual facilitation and advisory services in the areas of human resources and hospitality.  She is also part-owner and operator of The Garden Patch, a family-run business providing home delivery of potted plants and garden accessories in Barbados.

As an independent consultant she has managed projects, and provided strategic direction for organisations across Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. Audra's experience within the hotel industry includes the management of hotel operations and spans more than fourteen years. She has designed and conducted various programmes for executives, managers and employees, including business ethics, industrial relations, communication, image management, personal branding, customer service and leadership in Barbados and Eastern Caribbean.

In 2011 the Cave Hill School of Business, University of the West Indies engaged her services to manage the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Job Opportunities for Business Scale-up (JOBS) Project, a grant funded project that ran from March 2011- June 2014. The project designed and facilitated numerous initiatives to support entrepreneurship in Barbados and the OECS.

A strong believer in experiential learning Audra incorporates a variety of teaching strategies into training to meet the varying learning preferences of adult learners. As a facilitator she designs processes aimed at increasing group interaction, innovative and creative thinking and effective meeting outcomes. She has recently begun to incorporate more visuals and graphics into her workshops and meetings, and can provide graphic facilitation or graphic recording as requested.
